Dr. Santos is a highly accomplished physician with over three decades of clinical excellence spanning general surgery, ophthalmology, otolaryngology, and cutting-edge regenerative medicine. As Co-Founder of Metro Pangasinan Hospital and Medical Center, and formerly Medical Director of Castle Rock Regenerative Health Care Philippines, Dr. Santos has dedicated his career to expanding the frontiers of medicine — from the operating room to the forefront of longevity science.
Dr. Santos earned both his Doctor of Medicine and Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from the prestigious University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines — one of Asia's oldest and most respected medical institutions. His surgical training is extraordinarily broad: he completed a General Surgery Residency at Mary Chiles General Hospital, followed by dual Ophthalmology and Otolaryngology residencies at Quezon City General Hospital and Medical Center, where he mastered complex procedures ranging from corneal transplants and cataract surgery to thyroidectomies and maxillofacial reconstruction.
As an Eye Surgeon, Dr. Santos performed the full spectrum of ophthalmic procedures, including blepharoplasty, glaucoma trabeculectomy, laser treatment for diabetic retinopathy, and corneal laser refraction. As an ENT and Head and Neck Surgeon, he performed tonsillectomies, mastoidectomies, tympanoplasties, thyroidectomies, and the resection of maxillofacial tumors — a combination of specialties that placed him among a rare class of surgeons capable of treating the full complexity of the head, neck, and sensory organs.
During his tenure at Castle Rock Regenerative Health Care Philippines, Dr. Santos channeled his vast clinical knowledge into regenerative and anti-aging medicine, helping patients reclaim their vitality through advanced protocols including peptide therapy, hormone optimization, IV therapy, and cryotherapy. He holds certifications from the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, the American Academy of Integrative Cell Therapy, and the American Academy of Rheumatology Foundation Master Class and Spinal Column — placing him among an elite global cohort of physicians trained at the intersection of conventional medicine and next-generation wellness science.
