Across both organizations, he supported executive leadership and a diverse portfolio of clients by developing sophisticated financial and risk models, building data-driven visualization tools, and designing comprehensive reporting frameworks. He conducted in-depth analyses of revenue, claims, and membership trends, providing actionable insights that enhanced forecasting accuracy, informed strategic planning, and strengthened enterprise-wide risk management initiatives.

With a robust foundation in statistics, actuarial science, and financial analytics, Eugene combines quantitative rigor with business acumen to improve forecasting accuracy, optimize decision-making, and generate measurable financial impact.
