He brings a track record of innovation in developing analytical frameworks that enhance forecasting accuracy, optimize risk management, and drive value-based decision-making.

Gurveer began his career at Cambia Health Solutions, a leading regional health insurer in the Pacific Northwest, and later transitioned to Aetna, part of CVS Health, one of the nation’s largest healthcare insurers. Across these organizations, he partnered with executive leadership to design and implement financial models addressing revenue forecasting, risk adjustment, claims analysis, and cost optimization. He introduced new approaches to evaluating cost structures and risk exposure, building tools and dashboards that provided actionable insights and supported enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
